Beautycard loyalty scheme

We work with Superdrug on their Beautycard loyalty scheme. The scheme launched just over three years’ ago and now has millions of users.

Following a very successful start to our partnership in 2012, in which Superdrug utilised our Creative and Direct Mail services with a highly personalised digital print campaign which achieved ROI greater than 10:1, Howard Hunt were tasked to grow the number of active Beautycard members and to influence their shopping behaviours in terms of recency, frequency (store visits) and value (basket spend).

To achieve these objectives, we have worked closely with Superdrug to develop an extensive CRM programme of dynamic direct mail and cross media campaigns, covering trigger and event driven communications, seasonal promotions and supplier activity.

Our work with Superdrug has been recognised across our industry and Howard Hunt won Cross Media Company of the Year at both Print Week and Digital Printer Awards thanks to a high quality, effective cross media campaign we ran with the brand.
