Royal Mail has announced the launch of trial of their new advertising mail service, Partially Addressed Mail.
The advertising initiative enables targeted mail marketing without the use of recipients’ personal data. Instead of addressing a mailing item to an individual prospect, the item will be addressed to the household. Compared with fully addressed mail, the new service features:
- GDPR compliant
- Lower postage costs
- Significantly reduced data costs
- Estimated 30% more reach
- Minimum 10,000 items per mailing
With customer consent, Royal Mail are able to start postings from as early as 8th November 2018. PLUS, they are introducing the service with a fantastic introductory offer.
